On September 8, 2026 the bank grew from 109 to 180 original questions, and for the first time every one of the seven domains holds at least as many questions as a 150 question sitting draws from it. The full length timed exam is now served. One outline section, labeling methods, still has no public source and no question.

The full report, $59Until this release the bank could score the free test and drill the domains it covered, but it could not serve a full sitting: a 150 question paper built to the published weights needs a minimum number of questions in every domain, and not every domain had it. This release closes that gap.
Seventy one questions were added in one pass. Each is written against a specific knowledge statement of the published outline, and each carries a verbatim quotation from a public source read the same day.
The sources that made the difference were the ones we had not read before: the VA supply chain directive for inventory and storage, the CMS letter on hospital equipment maintenance, the OSHA electrical standard for cord and plug inspection, the HHS summary of the HIPAA Privacy Rule, the National Library of Medicine tutorial on medical words, and AHRQ's TeamSTEPPS tools and service recovery guide for communication and teamwork.

One section of the outline, labeling methods under Preparation and Packaging, still has no public source and therefore no question. We say so rather than invent one. The change log on the methodology page carries the same entry.
