The short answer
On August 11, 2026 we corrected the question counts on our score report. It had said three domains carry about 26 questions each and the smallest carries six. Applying the published weights to a 150 question paper gives 31 to 32 questions for each of the three heaviest domains and 7 for the smallest.

Those were the figures for a 125 question paper: a split that appears on third party sites, that we had examined, marked as unverified, and decided not to publish because HSPA does not state it anywhere we could read.

It entered anyway, typed by hand into the report where nothing compared it against the published weights. Applying those weights to the 150 questions HSPA does publish gives 31 to 32 questions for each of the three heaviest domains and 7 for the smallest.
The error sat on the screen that justifies the price, and on the change log that is supposed to be the proof that we can be believed. It is published here for the same reason: every figure in that note is now derived from the published weights, and nothing on the report is typed by hand.
